At Onko Chishin, during our journey to create hotels across Japan, we encountered a diverse array of artisans. Inspired by the concept of “Bringing the Regional Showcase to Tokyo,” we have carefully selected ingredients from all over the country, each imbued with the spirit of its producer. From seasonings to drinks, we offer dishes crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, showcasing the very best of Japanese craftsmanship.

“Encounter works
in extraordinary spaces”
The museum is nestled on a tranquil hill in Toranomon, Tokyo. Since its opening in 2003, it has primarily featured contemporary ceramic artworks. While ceramics may evoke thoughts of tableware, the exhibited pieces range widely from vessel forms to large-scale sculptural objects. The museum offers many highlights, including its exhibition rooms and unique architectural design, providing a distinctive and immersive environment for appreciating ceramics.
