Inspired by the concept of “Bringing the Regional Showcase to Tokyo,” we have carefully selected ingredients from all over the country, each imbued with the spirit of its producer. From seasonings to drinks, we offer dishes crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, showcasing the very best of Japanese craftsmanship.

The museum offers many highlights, including its exhibition rooms and unique architectural design, providing a distinctive and immersive environment for appreciating ceramics.
